Your Mission

You aren't just filling a seat; you are taking ownership of the customer's next big adventure. In this role, you will:

  • 5.12+ Customer Service: Provide expert-level product guidance, ensuring every climber—from gym-goer to alpine veteran—leaves with exactly what they need for their objective.
  • The Beta Provider: Partner with our community of adventure enthusiasts to plan gear and apparel choices that optimize safety and performance.
  • Shop Stewardship: Maintain a world-class retail environment through meticulous restocking, organizing, and "cleaning the route" (daily maintenance tasks).
