Fit Guide

  • NEXT-TO-SKIN The most streamlined fit. It's patterned to keep material as close to the body as is comfortably possible to enhance moisture management, thermal efficiency, and fit comfortably under layers.
  • FITTED Trimmer fit is patterned to stay close to the body through the chest, waist, hip, and thigh. Its low profile eliminates bulk, moves with the body, and fits comfortably under outer layers.
  • REGULAR Classic fit is cut comfortably throughout the chest, waist, hip, and thigh. It allows freedom of movement, provides shape, and layers comfortably under our regular and relaxed fit shells.
  • RELAXED This fit is cut loosely through the chest, waist, hip, and thigh. Relaxed without sacrificing structure and clean lines, it offers comfort and freedom of movement with a more casual look.
  • OVERSIZED The most generous fit is cut loosely throughout the entire body. Dropped shoulders and wide sleeves provide freedom of movement while offering drape and structure for a contemporary look.

Detailed Description

Breathable warmth for climbing and high-output mountain activities.

Breathable and warm, the Proton Hoody is the choice for climbing and dynamic mountain activities in cold conditions. The 100% recycled Coreloft™ Compact insulation is light and packable and performs even if wet. The outer is a durable, air-permeable Fortius Air 20 softshell. Working together, the breathable materials allow airflow that speeds vapour transfer and regulates temperature. An insulated StormHood extends coverage, and the articulated design is patterned to move.
