A lifting edge is quickly becoming the essential training tool in every climbers’ pack. Whether you’re warming up at the crag, or training finger strength at the gym, a lifting edge (a.k.a. lifting block, portable hangboard, no hang device, block pull) is an increasingly popular alternative to traditional hangboarding.

For me it’s now my favorite portable hangboard! I’ve used so many in the past from Digit, MetacarpEdge and Grippul to name a few and this one is way more confortable for the main grips. The mono pocket works well for my middle finger but not for the other fingers.

I appreciated the service, but I've never received the magazines that I was gifted for the purchase of the tindeq and lattice edge. I was looking forward to it.
