Grivel Mutant Helmet

The Mutant's expanded polypropylene (EPP) shell handles impact absorption while keeping weight down, with an ABS reinforcement at the top adding extra resistance exactly where exposure to rockfall and ice is highest. The structure protects both the crown and sides of the head, and a built-in airflow path keeps ventilation consistent rather than trading protection for breathability. A minimal adjustment system trims bulk and lets the helmet pack down small when it's not on your head, and the design itself stands out — a symmetric hexagon-covered top paired with a different pattern on each side.
