9.5 Alpine Core Protect Dry

The 9.5 Alpine Core Protect Dry is a single rope for alpine climbing and mountaineering, built with an extra aramid sheath between the polyamide outer sheath and the core. That added layer makes the rope significantly more cut-resistant under load on sharp rock and metal edges. Because the aramid sheath is extra-long, it unfolds during a fall, so the rope still catches as dynamically as any other Mammut rope. Handling and abrasion resistance are unchanged, and a Dry finish keeps it performing in wet, icy conditions.
