Already bought something and found a better price?

  • You've got 14 days from your purchase date to make a claim.
  • Fill out the Price Match Request Form and a Manager will respond within 2 business days.
  • If our manager approves, you'll receive an automated email with a Digital Gift Card that can be used in-store or online.

Looking to price match before you buy?

  1. If you are buying in-store our staff members can process your request in person.
  2. If you are looking to buy online, fill out the Price Match Request Form. If approved, a manager will send you a discount code within 2 business days.

Understanding Climb On Equipment's Price Match Policy

Here's the lowdown:

  • We'll hook you up! If you find a better price, whether you've already bought it from us or are about to, we'll match it.
  • Gotta be the exact same thing: Make, model, colour, year, brand, size — it all has to match perfectly.
  • Canadian retailers only: The competitor needs to be a legit Canadian store, and the price needs to be in Canadian dollars, including taxes and shipping.
  • No weird deals: We're talking regular or sale prices, not liquidations, or pricing errors.
  • Show us the price: It needs to be advertised, not just a verbal offer.
  • We need to confirm: Our staff has to verify all these details.
  • No membership or pro deals: We don't match prices that require special memberships or pro discounts.
  • Some exceptions: No price matching on special orders, online-only items, or out-of-stocks.
  • We won't go below cost: We reserve the right to not sell something for less than what we paid for it.
  • No stacking discounts: You can't combine discount offers; you'll get the deepest discount.
  • Can't wait 2 business days? We understand that great deals can disappear quickly! We value your preference to shop with us, but if you're worried an item might sell out before we can respond, we suggest purchasing the item from our competitor while it's still available.
