Have you purchased a product from Climb On and then found a better deal? OR Are you about to make a purchase at Climb On, but have found a lower price? We will match it!
Understanding Climb On Equipment's Price Match Policy
- The identical product (Make, Model, Colour, Year, Brand, Size) must be currently available for immediate purchase from an Authorized Canadian based retailer in CDN dollars, with taxes and shipping costs included.
- The product must be a Regular Priced or Sale Item, not a Closeout, Liquidation, or Pricing Error.
- The product cannot be seconds, refurbished, pre-owned or damaged.
- The product price must be ticketed, signed or advertised, not verbally agreed to.
- In-store promotions that are offered by other retailers can be matched if Climb On staff can verify (by phone or written communication) that the product is identical (Make, Model, Colour, Year, Brand, Size) and is currently in-stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor offering the discount.
- The lower price must not be due to a membership or pro deal discount.
- Climb On staff must verify all the details above.
- Our price matching policy does not apply to special orders, online exclusive items or out of stock items.
- Climb On reserves the right to not sell products below our cost.
- Quantities may be limited during sales events or when we have reduced inventory.
- Price matching cannot be stacked together with other discounts.
- Price Match Policy does not apply to electronics.
- Price Match Policy does not apply to shipping rates.
- Price Match Policy does not apply to coupons or promotional discount codes.
If you have purchased an item and wish to make a claim:
Your claim must be made within 30 days of the date purchased.
Please contact Climb On here and use the subject line "Price Match Request".
If approved by a Climb On Manager, we will provide you, within 2 business days, a one time $ amount discount code to use online or Credit to use in-store.
If you are looking to price match before you complete a sale:
Please contact us or speak to a staff member in-store.
Your request will be processed within 2 business days. If approved by a Climb On Manager, we will provide you with a one-time $ amount discount code to use online.
