Work & Rescue Orders may qualify for volume discounts. Please email prosales@climbonequipment.com to get a quote or set an account for larger volume orders. Volume discount orders do not qualify for free shipping.
In-Store Pickup
FREE In-Store Pick Up from our retail store at 37873 Cleveland Ave, Squamish, BC.
- Please provide photo ID or order receipt to pick up your item.
- In-Store Pick Up is held for 30 days from purchase.
- After 30 days your order will be fully refunded and cancelled.
Shipping within Canada
For most orders, we ship via Canada Post; however, we may occasionally choose a different carrier at our discretion. Once your package is picked up, you will receive an email with the carrier details and tracking number.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Conditions such as labour disputes, a natural, or medical disaster may affect delivery times without warning.
Your tracking number will be emailed and is active once your package is picked up from our location by our selected carrier.

USA Shipping
Some brands are restricted from shipping outside of Canada; you will not be able to complete checkout if these items are in your cart.
USA Packages will be shipped via Standard Ground Carrier Service or United States Postal Service (USPS), whichever is most economical for your delivery address.
USA orders are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees, once the package reaches its destination. These fees are solely the responsibility of the receiver. Climb On Equipment cannot provide an estimate. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

International Shipping
At this time we only ship to Canada and the USA.
Shipping Restrictions
- Climb On can only ship to verified residential or business addresses. We do not ship to hotels, warehouses or freight forwarders.
- We do not ship prohibited or dangerous items, explosive, highly flammable, radioactive, or otherwise dangerous goods.
- Due to high shipping costs, we do not ship Boulder Pads. Please select In-Store Pick Up.
- We cannot ship some brands including Rocky Talkie. Please select In-Store Pick Up.
- We cannot ship some brands outside of Canada including Arc'teryx, La Sportiva, MSR, Therm-a-rest, Platypus, FIXE Climbing.
- Direct to customer (D2C) orders that ships from Canadian Warehouses can only be shipped to Canadian addresses.
Taxes Collected
In order to comply with Canadian Law, we must collect the applicable sales tax to the province your order is shipped to:
- British Columbia (BC) - 7% PST on merchandise plus 5% GST on merchandise and freight.
- Alberta (AB) - 5% GST merchandise and freight.
- Saskatchewan (SK) - 6% PST on merchandise plus 5% GST merchandise and freight.
- Manitoba (MB) - 8% PST merchandise. 5% GST merchandise and freight.
- Ontario (ON) - 13% HST merchandise and freight.
- Quebec (QC) - 9.975% PST merchandise and freight. 5% GST merchandise and freight.
- New Brunswick (NB) - 10% plus 5% HST merchandise and freight.
- Nova Scotia (NS) - 15% HST merchandise and freight.
- Prince Edward Island (PE) - 14% HST merchandise and freight.
- Newfoundland (NL) - 13% HST merchandise and freight.
- Northwest Territories (NT) - 5% GST merchandise and freight.
- Yukon (YT) - 5% GST merchandise and freight.
- Nunavut (NU) - 5% GST merchandise and freight.
