ANSI certified version of the well known Back-Up fall arrester.
Safe and simple to use with only one hand! BACK-UP is the revolutionary KONG fall arrester that follows the operator both up and down, and stops the possibility of falling. Shifting the friction button to the lock mode, it can be used as a positioning device or a normal locking device which travels only upwards.
Due to its design, BACK-UP supports the strongest stresses in a semi-dynamic way, avoiding the shock loading effects on ropes caused by other self-locking devices with toothed cams.
High strength, steel, triple-action auto-locking oval connector included. Lanyard included for sternal or dorsal connection to a full body work harness.
