Leopard Hybrid Crampon

Where the standard LEOPARD goes all-aluminum for minimum weight, the LEOPARD HYBRID trades a little of that weight savings for added bite on ice: steel front sections grip firm ice while aluminum rear sections keep the overall package light. It’s built for the middle ground between ski touring and glacier travel — approaches where you need more edge-holding than a pure snow crampon but don’t want the weight of a full mountaineering set. The flexible CORD-TEC linking system still folds the crampon down small enough to disappear into its pouch, and the modular ALPEN ADAPT platform means individual parts can be replaced rather than retiring the whole crampon.
