Climbing Mug

A climbing mug to show off your climbing enthusiasm! Each mug was handcrafted and is one-of-a-kind. The clay was chosen to provide a tactile experience that simulates the colour and texture of real rock or a climbing wall. Each bouldering route was thoughtfully set in a manner that would make them ‘climbable’ if an enlarged version existed.
Mug sizes vary and hold approximately 400 mL.

Care Instructions

• Pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe!
• Tip: for speckled/gritty clay mugs, place them well clear of glassware so that it does not scratch your glass pieces in the dishwasher

About the Artist

Clay.On.Co is operated by two Vancouver-based artists whose individual crafts(wo)manship is intertwined with their passion for the outdoors. While rock climbing is a primary muse behind most collections, Clay.On.Co celebrates enthusiasm for mountain-activities via an aesthetic that is both playful and elegant. Molded in the unique characteristics of each piece is the hope that spontaneous conversations will spark between outdoor enthusiasts and build a positively welcoming community. Clay.On.Co is grateful to be based on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territories of the Coast Salish peoples – Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Tsleil-Waututh & Musqueam First Nations.
